Are you looking to develop your professional skills as part of a collaborative team? A healthcare insurance provider seeks an Office Coordinator to join their team! This position stands on a 6-month contract basis; however, it has the potential to extend. Additionally, this is an innovative opportunity for an imaginative, and exceedingly organized self-starter looking to join a vigorous and lively work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle AC reporting requests from clients
  • Review encounter dashboard to manage rejections
  • Update client YoY stakeholder tracking sheets
  • Facilitate, edit and format various communication documents for use by Client Engagement team members (presentations, newsletter articles, client handouts, etc.)
  • Respond to internal and external emails
  • Book travel for team members
  • Prepare expense reports for assigned leaders
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate related materials
  • Order and supply management of giveaways
  • Provide shipping as needed for conferences
  • Help with office management, IT and facilities liaison

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree
  • 3 years of office and/or administrative experience in a healthcare environment
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Capability to handle data and information with confidentiality
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Exceptional customer-service skills, able to respond to employee questions with tact and diplomacy

Preferences:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Experience with complex reporting
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
