Responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service or has accountability for change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology/process work of low to moderate complexity. For product marketing responsibilities: consults with management on the marketing implications of various policies and activities; establishes marketing strategy based on assessment of competitive environment; develops new products/services to meet identified customer needs; establishes marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing; identifies new distribution channels and coordinates product introduction and marketing efforts to ensure maximum penetration; integrates efforts of product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and maintenance of marketing programs while ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies. For product owner responsibilities: Articulates product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships. Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value. Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities. Leads backlog prioritization. Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met. Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents. Enhances/ monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

The Role: Business Deposits Digital Application Fulfillment Manager- Product Manager 4
Business Deposits is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Account Opening Optimization Team as the Business Deposits Digital Application Fulfillment Manager. This person with have the opportunity to simplify the fulfillment process for customers submitting digital applications. Efforts will include integrating customer level fulfillment processes as we create and maintain business profiles and individual profiles for business owners, while ensuring product level fulfillment processes are appropriately connected and enabled as we add additional products to our application. Key responsibilities include the design and implementation of new operational processes, business controls, systems enhancements, and data reporting associated with fulfillment as well as ongoing fulfillment business process management. Success will also include effectively managing relationships with our channel partners serving customers.

This candidate will need to be located in one of the following markets: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; San Francisco, CA; Concord, CA.



Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner


  • Desired Qualifications
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 2+ years of banking industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
  • Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions

  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


  • Other Desired Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge of deposits systems and online banking systems
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently ranging from initial concepts through implementation
  • Leadership skills including the ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
