Job Role: Senior Product Manager, BackroomPosition Description SummaryThis position is for a Senior Product Manager for Backroom which is part of the Reverse Logistics Product team at Sam’s Club. An aptitude for diving into the interconnectedness of supply chain, inventory, and financial systems as part of building robust and scalable product(s)A desire to work on products that are part of a broader purpose and will drive impact The Senior Product Manager will partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, UX designers, data scientists, supply chain and field operation to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver features that will help Sam’s Club drive operational efficiency and savings. The Reverse Logistics team is modernizing the approach to returns, receiving, and reverse logistics through intuitive, easy-to-use digital products that empower users while also delivering operational savings and efficiency. Communicate overall vision, iterative learnings, and results across all levels of the organizationTravel up to 25-35% of your time Qualifications: 5-8+ years of experience in product management, industrial engineering, systems engineering, operations consulting, or structured problem solving in the context of technology.Demonstrated track record of aligning to an overarching product vision, using data and analysis to support strategy and prioritization, and day to day product executionStrong user experience, analytics, and technical acumenExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with highly cross-functional teamsIntellectually curious with a data driven mindset.
