In the Industrial Measurements business unit our global team develops measurement instruments and sells to thousands of Vaisalas customers in life science, power transmission and many other industrial application markets ranging from automotive to the food industries. We are currently searching for a highly motivated Service Coordinator in our Woburn, Massachusetts facility to work as part of the Coordinator team and handle customer deliveries. The position reports to the Service Coordinator Manager. Your key responsibilities include

Your key responsibilities include:
Issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, etc.
Provide service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner
Receive customer equipment into database
Enter Online Store orders into database
Reply to customers inquiries in accordance with agreed timelines
Create calibration and repair work orders
Request payment information from customers
Close RMAs and enter Sales Orders
Respond to customers inquiries via phone, email and chat Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, were searching for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Minimum High School diploma, Associates Degree preferred
Required 3 years of related experience in a Customer Service Role
Customer Service Professional with an outstanding service-oriented attitude
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment

Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to provide courteous, respectful, and professional communication with customers over the phone at all times
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with a "can do penchant" for meeting strict deadlines
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Active listening skills to be used to interpret a customer's inquiry and to diffuse a potentially tense customer situation
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes
Excellent verbal and written English Language skills
Team and Results oriented attitude
Detail oriented with documentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Desired:
Experience with Oracle Software and Salesforce preferred
