For our office in Warsaw we are searching for Marketing Analyst.
As a Marketing Analyst you will provide valuable insights on every trading period aimed at driving campaign optimization as well as eventual corrective actions when trading is below plan.
Main responsibilities: Track the performance of every trading period with focus on how specific products and collections defined in the trading line-up are being activated and are performing by gathering information from all relevant stakeholders on regular basis. Deal with building and the preparation of all required reports as business reviews or campaign ones to feed information to local or global stakeholders, that entail critical insights coming from the considerations of the various commercial depts and marketing areas. Regularly liaise with merchandising for product analysis, with sales and finance dept for sales performance, with e-com for online performance, with media team for offline media and digital performance. Story tell to share findings with stakeholders through dashboards, reports and visualizations. Track, analyze and evaluate overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives vs. marketing/media budget , lead analytics to determine ROI; provide consolidation, post-mortems and holistic reports across marketing activities. Provide critical insights coming from regular tracking of the competitive landscape for every relevant commercial period. Gather analytical insights relative to all countries of the cluster on the main focus areas (sales performance, merchandising, campaign implementation). Gather and analyze consumer data, insights and retail trends from different sources. Collect and analyze digital and media performance trends from different sources of data. Provide critical analysis of the brand tracking reports, matching those results to local performance and potential approachable actions. Proactively propose, plan, create and undertake multivariate tests/researches to identify areas of improvements, support creation of measurement plans.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience on similar position in Marketing preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG with strong commercial mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, Data engineering, Economics. Fluent in English – verbally and written. Experience from global organization . Understanding of retail and consumer trends . Understanding of digital marketing measurement, media mix modelling, attribution techniques. Good understanding of both branding and performance marketing . Analytical and critical thinking . Converting data and insights into engaging stories Problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize data into recommendations and to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders. Attentive to detail and completing all work with care and accuracy, in a timely manner. Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required. Self-starter, naturally curios and actively looking for new concepts, methods, tools and process to drive improvements. Collaborative, ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and good knowledge of Adobe & Google Analytics.
