We are looking to recruit a Client Service Executive (Dispatch Supervisor) to join our Hamburg (Germany) depot. Reporting directly to the Regional Client Service Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day to day operation of the depot.

You will maintain good customer, staff, contractor and public relations in respect of all operations provided and to maintain a close working relationship with colleagues to ensure that operations fully meet the Companys contractual obligations, revenue and profit targets. This job description is designed to give you, as an CSE (Dispatch Supervisor) within NGC, greater freedom and accountability and ultimately to be responsible for your own personal development.

The role requires language skills and must have excellent verbal and written communication competences in German and English.

Main responsibilities / functions of the role
