We are looking for an Account Executive to join our hugely successful team here in NYC. This person will be supporting a brand that is a leader in its category. The client is eager to continue to elevate its perception across various audiences, and this person will work with the Business Leadership team in order to deliver content that will help the client achieve their communication and brand goals. You are someone who is ready for an exciting challenge and isnt afraid of hard work.

We are looking for a high energy individual who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team. Someone who can support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work.

What you will do

  • Provide support to the team with the goal of getting all the day to day work completed (this will mean something different every day, you will wear many different hats and hopefully that sounds exciting to you)
  • Manage our digital and social channel creative, becoming the teams smartest SME (subject matter expert) in those channels
  • Prepare and steward production plans and timelines in partnership with Project Mgmt.
  • Secure approval of production estimates and oversee production budgets working closely with the entire Integrated Production team
  • Understand your clients competition like no one else diving deep on their current and past advertising, their culture and history
  • Proactively problem-solve to help keep projects moving forward (for internal and client teams)
  • Initiate and present value-added projects (i.e. Competitive Reviews, Best in class work in other categories, etc.)
  • Learn how to actively listen in meetings so you can write precise and actionable conference reports
  • Who you will be/What you will need

  • 2-5 years of agency experience
  • Experience working on digital/social campaigns
  • Impeccable communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
  • Problem-solver, you get excited at the challenge of solving all types of problems
  • Proactive multi-tasker who can manage up and down and be a collaborative team player
