    Our roster has an opening with your name on it 

    We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team to drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through cross-sell across all of FanDuel Group’s businesses. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and our customer’s early experience on the product. You will support the fulfillment and testing strategy of different offers to our growing audience. This role requires a self-motivated and organized individual with high attention to detail who is able to make quick but well-informed decisions and back them up with data driven results.

  • Drive forward a variety of Growth initiatives to improve business performance
  • Contribute to the creative strategy and run point on briefing all assets with our internal creative team
  • Ensure the best possible experience for our new customers by working with Customer Operations teams
  • Test and optimize acquisition and engagement opportunities within the product experience by working closely with Product and Technology teams
  • Lead Quality Assurance efforts on email and mobile to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly, and adhere to channel best practices
  • Lead reporting for our customer offers
    What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 1-3+ years of working in a media, customer acquisition or growth marketing role preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Proficiency with Digital media tools; certificates preferred
  • Track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude, Adjust, GA, Chartio, Optimizely)
  • Has demonstrated the ability to collaborate cross functionally
  • Strong communication skills and relationship management
  • Highly self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Customer focused
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred
