Job Description


The International Marketing Specialist will assist Copart with global marketing initiatives worldwide. Candidate will perform a variety of task & duties, including (but not limited to): assistance with retail management, in-location auditing and marketing efforts, online marketing campaigns, multi-language content development, proof-reading, and global business development.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing preferably in global marketing, business development or similar. This individual will have a passion for learning and won't be afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Essential Dutie:

  • Drive international sales through the retail networks management for all Copart Lounge locations.
  • Develop multi-language, locations specific content and promotional programs to boost in location traffic and buyer leads.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail locations and promotional efforts such as location POP, email, digital, social, and Google My Business.
  • Build and maintain strong relations and partnerships with the Copart lounge operators.
  • Evaluate competitor's landscape in the international markets or key regions of Copart's focus and identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Drive Copart sales by seeking sound partnerships in key markets of focus.
  • Facilitate communication with Copart Lounge operators for development of new marketing content and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure the highest level of buyer satisfaction and compliance of Copart Lounge locations by conducting and/or overseeing the audit process.

  • Requirements


  • Bilingual -- Fluent reading, speaking in Russian or Spanish
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Global Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing with 2-5 years' work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft products include Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must be comfortable building and using pivot tables
  • Proficient in technology and quick to learn new software and tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Positive attitude with the energy and drive to help our business grow.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
