Marketing Intern: Video & Content Associate

Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager and roles under the CMO, the main responsibilities of the Marketing Intern are:

1.Plan, create, edit, and customize videos and various relevant content for all of the company’s platforms, including the company websites, social media sites, job boards, and any other digital media. 

2.and to write business focused and engaging content to promote the company to our candidates and clients.

3.Included in this is producing well researched, engaging, and audience-oriented content on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:

·Creation of company videos and blogs for CSS-Tec, Salesforce, and PSG divisions within tight deadlines. This includes identification of meaningful & relevant topics and ensuring that videos/blogs meet defined branding requirements which include but are not limited to the removal of all client names and incorporate both a candidate and client focus. The Marketing Project Manager will post to all social media outlets such as the Company websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Other company pages include ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Dice, & Career Builder as an example, but includes others. The Business Content Writer should review these pages and its competitors to better recommend relevant content.

·As needed; Development and proofing of all sales & recruiting collateral and marketing materials for individual business units, including email campaigns and links to websites. Collateral creation requires business knowledge of company niches, roles, and staffing industry terms including but not limited to: HR, Accounting, Call Center, Office, IT, Salesforce, retained search, contingent search, SOW, and Managed Services. 

·As needed; Conducting extensive research on a variety of topics to develop engaging and innovative headlines and copy for blogs, videos, and content.

·As needed, maintaining company communications and content daily including, client/candidate testimonials on website, CSS website chat feature, Marketing email inbox, etc.

·As needed; Special Projects as assigned 

Required Qualifications :

·Clear understanding of the business & consumer community that CSS attracts, engages, and retains for sustained growth. Proven ability to toggle between entry level and advanced skills by core position within each staffing niche of CSS which includes technical, non-technical and senior level content.

·Clear understanding of the video expectations and the end goals.

·Ability to take direction with the project milestones, and take risks in your decision making to achieve and exceed those goals.

·Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional film editing, writing, spelling, proofreading and understanding of grammar; use of “Grammarly” and other tools to ensure professional delivery of product is assumed.

·Able to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as an active member of a team. 

·Advanced Technical and Administrative skills required

·If needed; Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Outlook, MSWord, Adobe, HTML, Wordpress, WIX and Google Docs.

·Proven ability to effectively produce in a remote virtual environment.

·Proven ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner.

·Creative & innovative thinker able to align and implement multiple brand strategies & ideas 


·Bachelor’s degree in film, creative writing, journalism, English or related field

·If hired full time; 3+ years’ general business experience writing is ideal but not required

Physical Capabilities:

·Must be able to independently lift approximately 10 – 15 pounds

·Must be able to remain stationary at a desk for 50% of the time.

·Must be able to occasionally travel within other offices and possibly clients if needed
