Concentra is looking for a Senior Director, Digital Marketing. This is a key role in creating the strategy, establishing key performance indicators, and executing digital marketing initiatives in support of all organizational brands and services. This role directs a team that works with the necessary stakeholders to manage the creation, management and iterative improvement of the digital ecosystem for both internal and external interactions, including websites, intranets, marketing technology, social media channels, prospect/customer email and mobile apps. This role also oversees all digital customer touchpoints within the context of the overarching Concentra Customer Experience strategy including direct customer conversion. The role also manages and drives paid/earned demand generation activities, guarding profitability and ROI. This role also safeguards digital brand perception by active management of publisher listings and customer reviews. The ideal leader will have a passion for B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, technology and innovation and will oversee budget execution.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the successful planning, development and execution of cross-functional digital programs with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction, maintain profitability and grow market share.
  • Manage and lead the evolution of digital ecosystem within the context of the broader Customer Experience initiative.
  • Accountable for both lead generation and direct customer conversion targets on all digital touchpoints.
  • Oversees a team of marketing specialists to execute on the defined strategy and drive performance minded initiatives through the organization with focus on optimizing business outcomes.
  • Hires, develops and retains diverse talent that makes a strong, positive impact on the organization.
  • Responsible for working with product, content and creative teams to craft, prioritize, manage, support and execute digital marketing strategy initiatives for the enterprise.
  • Lead the partnership with IS stakeholders to deliver customer experiences that promote new business and enhance customer retention.
  • Lead marketing technology and platform innovation within cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with analytics stakeholders for the publishing of regular reporting packages and gather insights for optimization recommendations.
  • Manage agency / freelance resources engaged in digital strategy execution.
  • Manage Digital Marketing budget.
  • Monitor and report on industry best practices and competitive/landscape trends.

  • Qualifications

    Education/credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Liberal Arts from an accredited college or university
  • Job-related experience

  • Customarily at least 20 or more years of work experience in marketing with at least ten or more years of digital experience
  • Customarily at least ten or more years of demonstrated managerial experience

  • Proven experience with digital performance marketing and metric optimization approaches.
  • Proven experience leading digital and demand generation programs at a national scale.

  • Demonstrated CRM/Personalization experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of large new strategies, leading cross-functional implementation through an organization.
  • Technical Acumen – Understands and utilizes technical knowledge to develop, drive and manage complex digital marketing initiatives that solve both functional and enterprise wide business challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams in support of specific business priorities.
  • Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced multitask environment
  • Proven PC skills in numerous software packages are required, i.e., Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Power Point, ACT for Lotus Notes
  • Good interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy dealing with internal colleagues, regulatory agencies, vendors and all level of executives and managers;
  • Excellent communication skills including written, proofreading, verbal with exceptional attention to detail
